A valuable supplementary feed with lots of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which is primarily used as a vegetable source of calcium and protein.
In addition to larger amounts of calcium, potassium and silicic acids, it contains:
- approx. 2% flavonoids (e.g. rutin)
- histamine
- acetylcholine
- serotonin
- scopoletin
- Vitamin B1, C, K and provitamin A
Even with the most careful handling, some of the leaves can break during transport. However, this does not represent a loss of quality.
Dosage: approx. 1-2 leaves per 20 liters
