The Coubaril pod, botanically called Hymenaea courbaril, comes from Brazil.

The pods are also suitable for planting due to their slightly porous surface. Depending on their size, they are also suitable for smaller crabs and catfish. Please be sure to leave a note when ordering which animals you need them for.
Not only are they an absolute eye-catcher in aquariums and terrariums, they also offer great hiding places.
In the aquarium, the Coubaril pod takes a few days to sink. This can be prevented by placing a small stone in it, which can be removed after 3-5 days. If you like to do crafts, you can also stick the Coubaril pods onto a small slate or something similar.
Some of the seed capsules are still in the pods. These are also harmless and do not necessarily have to be removed.

So they are also suitable for nano pools.
Since it is a purely natural product, the appearance and especially the size vary slightly. The cut may cause minimal chips or tears. These do not constitute a reason for a complaint.
