AQUAEL Hypermax pre-filter sponge for the pre-filter chamber in the AQUAEL External Filter Hypermax. T
he pre-filter sponge pre-filters the aquarium water and thus protects the filter media from contamination.
The pre-filter sponge can be washed out several times and should be replaced when the flow rate decreases noticeably.
